Springtime in Seattle
It’s Springtime in Seattle. All is well and most people I talk with are looking forward to gardening, fresh cut flowers, and barbecues. I’m looking forward to more sun, less rain, and ultimately my favorite season Summer.
Let’s start Spring with Community Partnership 101.
You + Community Partnership Program = BIG donations to your favorite non-profit when I help you sell or buy
For years I’ve been blowing the horn to promote the virtues of the Community Partnership Program in collaboration with my company Coldwell Banker Bain.
The Community Partnership Program is available to any verifiable non-profit with 501(c)(3) status. It’s fast and easy. When a supporter, friend, member, employee, etc. of a non-profit hires me when they need to sell or buy, I donate an amount equal to 10% of my commission to the non-profit of their choice. It’s that simple.
I’ve donated nearly $30,000 in Community Partnership contributions to a variety of non-profit organizations and I look forward to presenting many more donation checks in increasing amounts.
I’m dedicated to supporting non-profit organizations through my profession. If you’re associated with a non-profit and would like to know how your organization can benefit from the Community Partnership Program OR if you’re thinking about selling or buying and would like to support your favorite non-profit, give me a call or send me an email.
Each month I profile one of my Community Partners. Enjoy reading about them and the valuable work and services they provide, and if you’re so moved join me in supporting their efforts. These Community Partnerships make a difference!
