About Bill Aubuchon
Seattle born and raised, I have been happily involved with real estate for more than 10 years, the last 8 of which have been spent in the local offices of Coldwell Banker Bain. I can think of no greater reward than blending information, experience, intuition, and expertise, for the advantage of my clients, and seeing them through the complicated process that has become today’s real estate transaction. I came to real estate with a bit of an unusual background that included 5 years ownership of a retail golf shop, and before that having spent the better part of 18 years running a successful thoroughbred horse racing stable. I often reflect on the similarities between training horses and selling houses-both requiring the utilization of skills incorporating timing, preparation, and expert placing/pricing.
